The Grand Finale
As per diocesan church policy please inform your DJ all music must end on or before 11 pm with everyone leaving by midnight.
Your coordinator will return around 10:30 pm to help recover your rentals. If you know you may end earlier than 11 pm please let her know a few days in advance so she can plan accordingly.
Typically, you should arrange to have 15+ family/friends stay after your reception to pick up your personal belongings and assist with the tear down of tulle & lights, tablecloths, chair covers, centerpieces, etc. Likewise, you are asked to place the tables and chairs you've used into storage. Family and friends are asked to leave by midnight. To ensure this is achieved it is most important you brief everyone ahead of time regarding their duties ensuring all efforts will proceed as quickly and efficiently as possible. The janitor will typically begin cleanup around 10:45 - 11:15. Please remember to check the kitchen refrigerator for any leftover food items. Rehang school posters which may have been previously removed from the cafeteria walls.
We so much appreciate your wedding decor donations! Many of the beautiful items you've rented from the Ladies Auxiliary have become available through the generosity of previous St. Francis brides!
Please know ALL rental donation money (excluding linen rental) is given to the Ladies Auxiliary treasury which is used for future projects at St. Francis church and/or school.
